I don’t think the Homeric poet gives relative sizes anywhere. Some later authors, Philostratus, I think is one, give outlandish figures, like 15 feet for Achilles. This 15 feet figure, however, is contingent upon the length of a cubit, the meaning of which in Greek texts some scholars dispute.
